A clean, highly flocculent, and highly attenuative yeast. It’s similar to other English strains in flavor profile but is 10% more attenuative, which eliminates residual sweetness and makes the yeast well suited for high-gravity ales. It also reaches terminal gravity quickly. Will reach 80% attenuation, even with up to 10% ABV beers.
