Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast - White Labs
High phenolic clove aroma and flavour, with minimal banana. Also produces refreshing citrus and apricot notes for a crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculant than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Attenuation - 73 - 80%
Flocculation - Low
Fermentation Temp - 66-70°F (18-21°C)
